Firstly you need to work out if you need a manual or automatic oven. An automatic oven virtually cooks for you taking the hard work away, the oven is pre-programmed with thousands of variables and has a core temperature probe to cook evenly and exactly and this can be done with the press of a few buttons. The Rational Oven is considered to be the best on the market as they only make that one product line and can spend all their resources on making it the best. They have tested thousands of meals and cooking times and have perfected the oven. The oven also cleans itself, and has a built in water softener and filter. Rational make ovens for other manufacturers and just just rebrand the product for them (for example Lincat use Rational Ovens Rebranded). The new Rational ovens now have a two year warranty as opposed to the one year which every other manufacturer offers.
Rational ovens are also nicer to look at and have a very easy to use control panel. Lastly the Rational SCC61 is offered at £7320 list and £4589 after discounts. So its cheaper than its rivals and better.
